Workshop: Practical Reasoning

We are pleased announce the Scottish Network for Normative Philosophy’s Workshop on Practical Reasoning. The Scottish Network for Normative Philosophy is dedicated to promoting the research of contemporary Scottish philosophers on normative themes, and this is the first of three workshops on normative issues. The second will be held in Stirling (Autumn 2009) on epistemic normativity, while the third will be in Glasgow (Autumn 2010) on normative themes in perception and emotion. This workshop will be held at the University of Edinburgh’s new Informatics Forum and the Philosophy Department’s new home in the Dugald Stewart Building, on Sunday June 28th to Monday June 29th, 2009. This event is part of the Department of Philosophy's Ethics research cluster.
